Ingredients: chicken breast, Chinese cabbage, carrot, coriander and green pepper.
Exercise:
1.? Shred chicken breast, add cooking wine, white pepper, soy sauce and starch, and marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Add minced garlic, chopped green onion and pepper into the hot oil, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add chicken breast, cooking wine and soy sauce, stir-fry and change color.
4. Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrot and shredded pepper and stir-fry until soft.
5. Add white pepper, salt, soy sauce and spiced powder, stir well and serve.
