I have the same trouble as you.
I only eat one meal a day now,
Eat snacks that won't make you fat once in a while.
Remember, you must not deliberately control your food intake.
That would only backfire,
Buy some Pu 'er tea, sausage and green tea,
Drinking a cup after a meal is helpful for defecation ~ ~ ~
