Today, I practiced acupuncture at Taixi point, and I bled when I pulled out the needle. Is it too deep?
Not necessarily, it may be that the acupoints are off-center, and when they encounter capillary bleeding, the swelling is mainly subcutaneous congestion. After discharge, the bleeding is not enough, so there will be local swelling, so it will be absorbed slowly, and there will be no influence. As for the problem of reinforcing and reducing, it mainly lies in the operation method, whether it is clockwise or counterclockwise, whether the insertion is deep or shallow or deep, whether it is along the meridians or against the meridians, and so on. Does not mean that bleeding represents a method of reduction. I suggest reading the basic book carefully again. In addition, bleeding during acupuncture practice is normal. If the length of the needle is chosen correctly, it will generally not go deep.
