Bend down to support your legs and jump around. This is a training action that requires us to bend over and support constantly. First, we will hold our arms straight on the ground and straighten our backs. Then, as shown in the picture, we will finish this leg jumping. When we do this jumping action, we try to make our jumping range into a circle and make our legs into a jumping action with legs apart and legs closed. If you can't do it, you can refer to our picture demonstration to complete this training action, try to make your own movement range in place, and the movement speed can be slower.
