Ginger tea is a natural way to lose weight, because it can promote metabolism, increase calorie consumption and reduce appetite. Here are some ways to lose weight with ginger tea:

1. Preparation materials: 2 slices of fresh ginger, 500ml of water, lemon 1 piece, and appropriate amount of honey.
