Rainbow trout is one of the cold-water fish in the world, which has strong adaptability to low temperature environment, tender meat, high nutritional value and broad breeding prospects. Alpine cold water is suitable for breeding yarrow fish.

The largest individual of yarrow fish is only 4 kg, with flat side, high height, round abdomen, no abdominal muscles, slightly raised back and short head. Mainly distributed in rivers and lakes in the cold temperate plain of Europe and Asia.
