Yoga is not only a * * * method, you can also observe the chakras and know where you are unbalanced!
Whether in Hada's or raja yoga's system, its training includes the control of the tangible body and the intangible body, which is the "chakra": the seven energy centers in the subtle body of human beings. Chakra's Sanskrit literal translation means wheels and circles. Since ancient times, there have been many studies on chakras, and there are countless related theories, among which the earliest source of information is recorded in the ancient Indian classic Vedas. Before discussing the seven meridians in depth, practitioners should have a general understanding of the human body and the distribution of qi meridians; The word "Hada" in Hada Yoga consists of the Sanskrit syllable "ha" representing the sun/positive energy and "tha" representing the moon/negative energy. Life can be introduced from the left and right nostrils (connecting Yin and Yang meridians respectively) through yoga practice. If the energy of Yin and Yang meridians is purified and balanced, it will eventually merge into the midvein and awaken the sleeping Kundalini energy.

You should also know about chakras when doing yoga. The meridians of Yin and Yang are spiral like the gene map, and surround the two sides of the midrib along the spine. The intersection of the three major qi veins is where the seven chakras are located. Hada's yoga philosophy advocates purifying, regulating and activating Plana, qi pulse and chakra in human body through the practice of six purification methods, * * method and breathing method, so as to prepare for meditation practice. Located in our subtle bodies, seven chakras are found along the spine, from bottom to top: submarine chakra, reproductive chakra, umbilical chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra and top chakra. Each chakra has its representative physical and mental characteristics, and connects the production and secretion of different internal organs, endocrine glands and hormones. Chakra is located in the energy center of the intersection of qi and blood, and can be divided into upper three rounds and lower three rounds with the heart chakra as the boundary. The first three rounds represent spirituality, higher self and intuition, while the next three rounds connect basic physiological needs, biology and survival instinct. According to the traditional yoga philosophy, the chakra should start from the seabed chakra and then gradually enter other higher chakras. When the leading practice completely purifies and activates all chakras and the chakras are in a state of balance, Kundalini energy will be available when the time is ripe. Know where the chakras are, and then compare your current situation with the benign and unbalanced situation of each chakra described below, so that you can know which chakra you need to take care of more in yoga practice, so that you can get a balance between body and mind.
