Are there any examples of getting better or getting better by running all the time?
If you believe me, I want to say that I am such an example. I have been studying in college from high school to work, not to mention running every day. As long as it doesn't rain, I basically go running every morning and evening, especially in college, which drives many students in my class. I am now 180, 140. This figure is ok, because I stick to good habits every day and then keep running. You can't say how good your figure will be, but as long as you keep on taking action, you will get better.
