First, what is push back?
Pushing the back is a therapeutic method operated by hands on the back. This is a medical method of ancient Chinese medicine in China, almost as long as the history of China, which was produced in the process of human struggle with nature and disease. At first, back-pushing massage appeared because people instinctively pushed the painful part with their hands when they were in pain, and unexpectedly found that pressing massage could alleviate or disappear the pain. After a long period of practice and communication, from unconscious massage to conscious massage, from self-massage to mutual massage, resulting in an original massage technique. People will get backache when they are tired, and sometimes they will feel chilly in their backs before they get sick. Why? Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the health of human back often depends on four key factors: thoracolumbar joints, muscles, fascia and qi and blood meridians. And human diseases are the result of the imbalance between yin and yang of these factors. According to the theory of yin and yang, the back center is the route of the Du meridian in the meridians, and the Du meridian just leads the whole body yang and the whole body yin. Therefore, the back is the key to the balance of yin and yang. There are many acupoints on both sides of human back. These acupoints are channels and pumping stations that distribute qi, blood and nutrition to different organs and tissues. In particular, on both sides of the spine, the bladder meridian of the foot sun runs, and there are back Shu points filled with the qi of viscera, that is, points such as heart, lung, liver, spleen, gallbladder, stomach, kidney, large intestine, small intestine and bladder. The distribution of these acupoints is close to the position of their zang-fu organs, so they are mainly used to treat diseases related to the corresponding zang-fu organs and zang-fu organs. When pushing back, according to different situations, stimulating the corresponding back Shu points can enhance the curative effect. In addition, when studying, reading or watching the computer, long-term bad sitting posture, long-term inactivity and excessive exercise often lead to deformation or dislocation of the spine, leading to cervical spondylosis, disc herniation, hyperosteogeny and other diseases. Such dislocation and deformation oppress some nerves and lead to diseases of organs or limbs all over the body. ◎ What is Yu? Yu point is also called "acupoints" or "lost acupoints". That is to say, in a broad sense, it refers to the general name of acupuncture points, which is also the alias of acupuncture points. "Nine Needles and Twelve Original Chapters of Lingshu": "Note is the rest". That is to say, in the aspect of meridian flow, it seems that water is gradually collected and injected into a larger canal. There is a Shu point in the twelve meridians, also called "Twelve Shu Points". Lung-Taiyuan; Large intestine-three pericardium-Daling; Sanjiao-Zhongzhuxin-Shenmen; Small intestine-houxi spleen-Taibai; Stomach pain, valley liver-Taichong; Gallbladder-(foot) weeping kidney-Taixi; Pushing bone through bladder meridian can not only prevent and treat these local diseases, but also prevent and treat systemic diseases according to the principle of yin-yang balance. Therefore, when operating, the force should be deep and thorough, whether it is clicking, pressing, massaging, patting or patting, it should be even, powerful and orderly, not light or heavy, left or right, up or down, so as not to affect the curative effect. For patients with a long course of disease, the push-back therapy can be slightly stronger and the scope of action can be slightly larger.
