In February 2000, with the development of Shuiqinggou Second Community, Haifeng Community was established.

Administrative population

Haifeng Community covers the west of Nanchang Road, east of Jiujiang Road to Heqing Road, south of Changsha Road and north of Yifeng Road. There are 58 buildings, 2,704 households and 7,354 people.

Social undertakings have built a community cultural center with an area of more than 260 square meters, equipped with computers, more than 5,000 books, mahjong, poker and other learning and entertainment tools. Directly in front of the community office is Haifeng Square in Shuiqinggou Street, which was built in 1999 and covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters. There are many groups of fitness equipment 10 in the square, such as spacewalk, swivel trainer and pedals. Teams such as gongs and drums, aerobics, fitness balls, Tai Ji Chuan and ballroom dancing have been set up in the community, and there are activities in the square every day, which has become a good place for community residents to exercise and relax.
