What do you think of the recently popular "2 1 day diet"?
If you want to lose weight, it is not enough to rely on 2 1 day. Losing weight is a long-term process, not to say that temporary dieting or a month's exercise impulse can be done once and for all, or it needs a long-term process. Healthy eating, reasonable exercise, and an occasional big meal are also allowed. As long as you have perseverance, any diet suits you. I tried 2 1 day, which was very strict. I don't feel any pain. Your determination to be thin is greater than your appetite, and you won't feel hungry at all. I am 167cm, 59kg, 2 1 day, 50kg, and my legs are very thin. It hasn't rebounded for more than half a year.
