According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, this behavior involves the following charges:

1. Crime of producing and selling fake and inferior products: According to Article 184 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), whoever produces or sells fake and inferior products, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also or only be fined.

2. Production and sale of toxic and harmful food: According to Article 185 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the circumstances are serious, those who produce and sell toxic and harmful food shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death, and shall also or only be fined.

Crime of dangerous driving: If the illegal addition of substances causes food to endanger public safety or harm the health of others, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for the crime of dangerous driving. According to Article 133 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the maximum penalty for dangerous driving is seven years' imprisonment.
