What passwords do yoga beginners need to know?
Speaking of yoga, I believe many people are familiar with it. Many gyms offer yoga classes, but people who take yoga classes for the first time may be a little ignorant.

Because when I first started practicing yoga, I often heard some yoga passwords in yoga classes, but for beginners, I was completely at a loss and didn't know what to do. Like what? Inhale to your toes? Therefore, it is very important to learn to understand these passwords before practicing yoga, which can make the practice more smooth!

Let's take a look at the common passwords of yoga:

Password 1: press the soles of the feet down at three o'clock, and lift the arches of the feet up.

The big toe, the little toe and the heel root should be pressed down, the toes should be relaxed and the arch of the foot should be raised naturally, which can give you a solid foundation. Remember not to scratch or lift your toes, but focus on your soles and heels.

Password 2: press the palm and heel down, and lift the palm from top to bottom.

Thumb and forefinger are the most powerful parts, followed by middle finger and ring finger. Do not leave the ground. Your palm should be empty, slightly off the ground. Don't deliberately raise your palm, just press it hard elsewhere and it will naturally rise.

Password 3: Knee slightly bent, elbow slightly bent.

This does not mean real bending, but correcting excessive stretching of knees and elbows. Lift your knees, and the muscles in the front of your thighs straighten your legs instead of pushing your knees back, as do your elbows. Start biceps brachii to avoid overstretching the arm.

Password 4: insert the femur back into the articular fossa and the forearm back into the articular fossa.

Inserting the thigh bone back into the joint socket by boat is helpful to activate the muscles of the anterior abdomen and ilium of the thigh, and inserting the arm bone back into the joint socket can stabilize the shoulder joint.

Do you understand all these yoga passwords? It doesn't matter if you don't understand. As long as you keep practicing, your body consciousness will be awakened slowly. When you know these yoga commands clearly, at that time, I believe that as soon as you hear them, your body will react like a reflex.
