How to massage the face-lifting method to eliminate edema and swollen face
1, put your hands up, put the heel of your palm on the trembling bones on both sides of your nose, and gently press for 3 minutes.

5. Press the lower side of the zygomatic bone directly below the center of the eye with the thumb of both hands and rest for 5 seconds. It is suggested that you can also choose a comfortable part and press it from the center of your face to the outside. Repeat 3 times (Figure 4)

Apply a cold towel soaked in ice water to your face and wring it out until the towel gets warm from asking questions. After acupoint pressing and stretching, ice cooling will improve the effect of eliminating edema (Figure 7).

8. Press point Yuyao, point Qie, point Temple, point Bamboo and point edema around eyes with two index fingers 10 times respectively.
