Many people know that I practice yoga.
However, most people don't really know what ISHA yoga I practice.
My family and colleagues used to wonder why I had to follow so many "rules" when practicing yoga, from four hours on an empty stomach without music interference to not drinking beer, coffee and milk tea now.
Up to now, my colleagues came to see me this morning and even took the initiative to ask, "I'm not interrupting your practice, am I?" .
From understanding to respect.

It took me more than half a year from knowing ISHA Yoga to becoming a practitioner of ISHA Yoga.

Actually, I don't quite understand it either. I just think this old man with a gray beard has a calm and powerful voice, which can help him sleep.
At that time, I had been practicing yoga in the gym and yoga studio for nearly a year.
At that time, all my yoga knowledge came from teachers in gymnasiums and yoga halls.
Yoga is a sport, nothing more.
But I always feel like I want to know more.
Even, I want to know about real yoga.
At this time, ISHA yoga founded by Sagulu appeared in my dictionary.
But at that time, there were no partners around me practicing ISHA yoga.
No one can give me advice.
So I spent half a year searching for information about ISHA yoga on the Internet.

I still remember calling Dr. Li after class and telling her excitedly that real yoga is like this, which completely subverts my original understanding of yoga!
That was the first time I was heartbroken about yoga.
ISHA yoga is subtle and meticulous, which makes me feel the difference between real yoga and "gym" yoga on the market for the first time.
It tells me that yoga is more than just a sport.
Yoga should be taught and practiced in the right way, not book yoga or video yoga.
Yoga is not only relaxing, but also a tool that can touch a deeper level of your life.
It takes you some time, and you need to follow some "rules" of practice.
After I finished studying Suryakria, I really started my "ISHA Yoga Tour".
Then on 20 18- 12, I studied the "inner engineering" meditation practice of ISHA yoga in Hong Kong.

I spent nearly two years learning the five main exercises of ISHA yoga.

I remember that I had just finished studying Suryakria and started my first 48-day Datura cycle exercise. I need to practice once every morning and evening for about 50 minutes.
Practice begins with commitment.
Change begins with practice.
I remember that at that time, I would go to Guangzhou to attend the regular meeting of elite reading club every Wednesday after work, and didn't go home until around eleven o'clock in the evening.
But I still need to finish my exercises before going to bed.
However, it was at this intensity that I completed 48 days of Datura cycle exercise.
In the process of practicing Suryakria, I found that my daily energy can always be recovered through practice.
I find that my mind is always clear and tidy.
I found that my mood became stable and I lost many inexplicable depressed moments.
I found that I was no longer irritable, and I could get along with people more peacefully and softly.
If I used to practice yoga in the gym, I didn't feel much except the physical comfort after exercise and stretching.
But this seemingly simple Suryakria has brought me earth-shaking changes.
This was actually a shock to me at that time.
And slowly feel the power brought by real yoga.
It also makes me feel that yoga is not that simple.
After 48 days, I gave up yoga class completely.
From then on, the days with ISHA yoga began.
With the increase of yoga practice, I can't live without it.
Even if it is a daily schedule, you should take the practice of the day into account first.
It is precisely because of this that "time management" is arranged at once.
More effective than reading n books about time management.
Because in the process of practice, you need to cultivate your sense of time slowly.
For example, a 2-minute preparation exercise cannot be timed or counted down in your mind.
Just feel how long 2 minutes is on your own.
When you can know that it takes 2 minutes to complete a preparation exercise.
You can easily know how much time you need to do other things.
When you can know how to arrange 50 minutes of practice, how to ensure it every day in your life.
You will know how to arrange other things in your life.
When you can clearly understand the importance of practice to yourself.
Then you can clearly see what is important to you and what is irrelevant in life.
Later, I gradually realized that yoga doesn't just happen during your practice.
It brings me clarity and stability, it makes my life less friction, it makes me reduce a lot of unnecessary judgments, and it makes my mind less confused.
ISHA yoga began to make me live more consciously.
Yoga began to happen slowly in every moment of my life.
My "heart" seems to be slowly integrating into life.
This makes me like ISHA yoga more and more.
I love my life even more because of it.
There is still a heart, because ISHA yoga teachers and volunteers.
In the process of studying different courses, you will meet different teachers and course volunteers.
And there is something about them that makes me feel magical and consistent.
That is, softness.
I don't know what your understanding of softness is.
A soft life can make people feel tolerance, understanding and love.
They seem to have a kind of light, warm but not dazzling, which can wrap you gently and safely.
20 18 12, I attended an internal engineering course in Hong Kong. Except for the course teacher, during the four-day course, other affairs of the course were arranged by a group of volunteers.
Including the meals prepared for us every day.
Every day at noon, there will be a vegetarian light meal made of fresh ingredients personally selected by volunteers.
Before eating, we will form a circle, and volunteers will give us tableware and food one by one.
While distributing food, a volunteer came up to me with a plate. He squatted down gently and then looked at me intently. His eyes are gentle with a faint smile. I nodded gently, and he slowly put the food on my plate.
His eyes are clean, soft and warm, which can make you feel taken care of.
As far as I can remember, I enjoyed the meal very much.
September 20 19, after the Mid-Autumn Festival, I went to Guangzhou to attend Anjamadana's study course.
Whenever I see a teacher sitting on the podium teaching ISHA yoga.
They are always calm and firm.
It hurts every time I see it.
I talked with Darren, the course teacher, for a long time in the evening.
I remember asking him why he chose to be a hatha yoga teacher.
He said that there were not many other ideas, but he felt that he would be honored and happy if he could become a channel of communication.
Because ISHA yoga is really a great tool, which can help others and touch their lives.
I also know that my life has changed because of ISHA yoga.
When I heard this, I was very moved and very moved.
