Fish is the top grade of slimming food and the queen of slimming meal. No matter what slimming route you take, as long as you eat fish, you will be unimpeded on this road. You can eat fatty fish. Although such fish contains a lot of calories, the fat contained in it is at least beneficial. I also often like to eat a thin piece of fish or shark's fin. Yes, salad! Tuna salad, chicken breast salad, mushroom salad, shredded pepper salad, cucumber salad, radish salad, tomato salad or various vegetable salads. When I used to lose weight, salads were mixed with lemon juice, and only lemon juice was used. Nevertheless, it will also exhaust the enthusiasm of an enthusiastic salad lover like me. This time, I mixed the salad with vinegar and oil or yogurt in the traditional way. What little food you can eat should at least taste good. Drink soup once a day and eat a fish or lean meat salad every day.
