Attention ※

1. Do not eat sweets, drinks, ice cream, beer, cakes, melon seeds, peanuts and other snacks. Don't fry vegetables and meat, don't add sugar to coffee, and only cook milk, eggs, chicken and fish. You can't eat anything other than the recipe.

2. Drink boiled water, but only two a day and only one for breakfast.
