Introduction to the basic movements of yoga
The basic movements of yoga are as follows:

Step 1: First, stand at the front of the yoga mat, inhale and stretch your back, and then breathe with your right foot and take a big step back.

Step 2: Then buckle your right toe, bend your left knee, spread your arms flat on your side, palm down and relax your shoulders.

Step 3: The buttocks are fully opened, the left knee joint is not buckled, and the left palm is pressed down evenly.

Step 4: The knee joint faces the direction of the second and third toes, the hips are open, and the rear toes are slightly buckled.

Step 5, then inhale and put your arms flat, stretch your arms to both sides and look at the fingertips of your left hand.

Step 6: Finally, keep breathing for 10 times, inhale forward with your right foot, shake and relax, and do contralateral exercises.

Yoga:

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root Yuji, which means to unite, join and combine, that is, to guide, apply and implement people's attention together, and also means to combine and blend.

In patanjali's Yoga Sutra, there is a precise definition of yoga posture: "Sthiram sukham aasanam", which means comfortable and stable posture. Yoga asana has experienced centuries of development and evolution, and now it can fully exercise every muscle, nerve and gland of the body.

Awakening the body with yoga posture is regarded as the primary stage of Hada yoga practice. When excellent yogis generate energy by practicing posture and printing to awaken body consciousness, they will practice breathing control and body printing to purify the pulse body.
