Flower slip technique
The foundation of figure skaters' lower limbs requires physical quality, especially flexibility. The flexibility of lower limbs is directly related to the athlete's body shape and skating speed. Some athletes' cartilage (femur and bones) can reach the level of rectus femoris, but they just can't lift their legs, and they can even make body anti-bow movements. Some athletes can't even straighten their ankles completely, and their ligaments are not opened, which leads to the uncoordinated posture of athletes.
