Decision on some government regulations and other policy measures

In order to meet the needs of reform and opening up, the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the Municipal People's Government conducted a comprehensive clean-up of the existing government regulations and other policies and measures in our city before the end of 200/KLOC-0. After cleaning up, the Municipal People's Government decided that the following 167 government regulations and other policies and measures should be abolished (see annex 1) or declared invalid (see annex 2) because their main contents are not compatible with the new laws and regulations or the new principles and policies of the party and the state or the adjusted contents.
