Simple pumpkin rice
Ingredients: pumpkin 200g, rice 200g, cooking oil and salt.
Exercise:
1. Peel and remove seeds from pumpkin and cut into small pieces; Wash the rice for later use;
2. Ingredients: 500g pumpkin,1500ml water.
Exercise:

(2) Delicious pumpkin pie
1. Cut the pumpkin into skin and cook it in any way you like (the microwave oven is cooked on high fire, otherwise it can be steamed in a steamer, but there will be more steam).
2. Pour the pumpkin slices into the basin, pound them into pumpkin puree with an ordinary eggbeater or a tablespoon while they are hot, and add appropriate amount of fine sugar and mix well.

Method of selecting pumpkins
Look at the melon seeds: if the pumpkin seeds are flat, the freshness will usually be poor, and the melon seeds are generally full and not cracked.
Look at the appearance: the fresh pumpkin skin and texture are hard. Pinch the skin with your nails, leaving no finger marks and rough surface. It's not very nice, but it may taste better.
Color: The color of pumpkin skin should be golden yellow and reddish, or dark green.
Cut surface: The cut surface of pumpkin should be dense and shiny, which will give off a special fragrance and the pulp should be complete.
Weighing: Pumpkins with heavy handfeel are better.
Melon meat: cut the pumpkin and choose bright orange, so the pumpkin has high nutritional content.
