What effect is needed?

Grapefruit essential oil is a unilateral essential oil and needs to be mixed with base oil. Because essential oil is insoluble in water, it cannot be diluted into towel gourd water as skin care water!

If slimming effect is needed: 2 drops of rosemary oil +2 drops of grapefruit oil +2 drops of cinnamon oil+10ml of jojoba oil. Massage body parts after unfolding to help burn fat and lose weight, drain and detoxify.

If you need soft and fair skin: grapefruit essential oil 2 drops+lemon essential oil 2 drops+geranium essential oil 1 drop+jojoba oil 10ml, only for use at night, after cleansing and toner.
