Specific reasons: shoes are too hard, socks are too rough (can not buffer foot friction), and too much exercise will cause blisters.
Solution: Wear comfortable soft-soled shoes, elastic socks and exercise moderately.
Remedial measures: 1. Wash the blisters first.
2. Disinfect with alcohol.
3. Make a small incision with sterilized needle or scissors, release tissue fluid (water), and then apply alcohol to the wound.
4. Finally, stick a band-aid or aloe gel on the whole blister.
5. Don't change the sticker, or it will cause bacteria to enter the infection.
