1. Click win+r on the keyboard at the same time, enter gpedit.msc, and finally click OK.

2. Click the management module.

3. Click on the Internet.

4. Click QoS Packet Scheduler.

5. Click Restrict to maintain broadband.

6. Select Enable to change the broadband limit value from the default 20% to 0, and finally press OK.
