Four reasons for not sticking to the plan

I don't know where to start.

I can't see any results.

Too much interference

This plan is too easy to give up.

Thomas Hallynck,

One of my favorite learning blogs.

I don't know where to start.

Starting from the easiest place to get started, especially beginners, are strict with making complex and profound plans.

For example, learning English can start with reciting 10 words and practicing listening for 10 minutes every day. The easier it is to get started, the easier it is to stick to the plan!

I can't see any results.

Get into the habit of recording your progress every day. In this way, any slight progress can be shown.

I like the way of using words on the back of my hand. Looking at the stacks of back paper. It's like seeing your own efforts. Full of sense of accomplishment.

Of course, you can also choose app or planning software to record.

Too much interference hindered the implementation of the plan.

In order to avoid making excuses for myself, I will put the materials I need to learn on the desktop. As long as you sit down, you can start at once, without giving yourself a chance to relax and be lazy.

This plan is too easy to give up.

If the cost of abandoning the plan is zero, then the plan is likely to fall by the wayside.

Increase the cost of giving up the plan, such as classmates and friends supervising each other, joining study groups or punching in with like-minded friends. You can go down by yourself.
