2. Press the mode key to select the moxibustion mode that suits you. There are three modes to choose from: gentle mode, comfortable mode and strong mode. Every time the mode key is pressed, the instrument will give a different sound prompt, and the corresponding mode icon will be displayed on the screen.
3. Press the time button to set the moxibustion time, and you can choose 10 minute, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Every time you press the time key, the instrument will give out a different sound prompt and the corresponding time number will be displayed on the screen.
4. Put the moxa stick into the heating cavity of the instrument, cover it, press the start button and start moxibustion. The instrument will automatically heat moxa and deliver moxa smoke and moxa gas to the moxibustion head through the catheter.
5. Aim the moxibustion head at the acupuncture point or part that needs moxibustion, and gently press it to make the moxibustion head fit the skin. Adjust the position and angle of moxibustion head according to your own feelings to achieve the best effect.
6. After moxibustion, the instrument will automatically stop heating and give a "beep" sound prompt. At this time, you can turn off the power, take out the moxa stick and clean the instrument.
