(1) Inquire according to the chief complaint and relevant appraisal.
1) Compared with usual, the speed and kilograms of weight loss, such as loose skin, less subcutaneous fat, bigger clothes and looser belts.
2) Daily urine volume, nighttime urine volume, frequent urination, and whether polyuria is accompanied by thirst and excessive drinking.
3) Whether the diet is overeating, anorexia or malnutrition, what is the correlation between diet and weight loss, and whether there is palpitation or fear of heat, so as to facilitate the differential diagnosis of emaciation.
4) Sleep and stool since the onset.

1) Have you been to the hospital since the onset, and what tests have you done (especially urine sugar and blood sugar determination)?

(1) History of drug allergy.
(2) Other medical history related to the disease: tuberculosis, liver disease and tumor history. Usually eating habits, family genetic history.
