Run, cultivate one's morality and study (1)
I started running recently. Strictly speaking, I registered the Yue Run Circle (a running APP) on 20 15, which is considered as a senior runner. But in the past three years, there has been no persistence and no systematic training. Remembering that every run is exhausting, it is really not a good experience, so I don't blame myself for always fishing for three days and drying the net for two days.

I bought a Jiaming sports watch some time ago. During the May Day holiday, I ran twice, once 10 km and once 7 km, but I didn't feel as tired as before. Resume the running process, probably because you always paid attention to your heart rate when you bought the watch, and kept it between 146- 160. If it's low, run faster; if it's high, run slower. It seems that running, the most primitive sport, also needs scientific guidance. Today, I secretly set myself a small goal, running once every other day, not less than 7 kilometers each time. I hope that the end of 20 19 is the biggest gain.

In fact, there is a little other reason. I'm not in good health recently, and I always feel a little indigestion. Probably related to gallstones. I hope I can adjust by running. The situation in kidney calculi is not good either. When running, you can obviously feel the stone sliding in the urethra. After running, the urine is bloody, indicating that the stone is very large and scratched the urethra. I hope running can improve my health.

Let's talk about reading. In fact, I have always liked reading, but in the last two years, I have read less because of my work. Every time I see that the reading progress of books in KINDLE is still 0%, I always comfort myself until I have time. In fact, the whole time is not that much, and we can only look at it with the time of the fragment. The second small goal I set for myself during May Day is to read 50 books this year, not browsing, but preparing for in-depth reading.
