Running is effective for stovepipe, and running is effective for body weight loss. Stovepipe method:

Skinny leg exercise 1

Stand with your feet spread out, about shoulder width. Hands hang down naturally. With the left foot as the center, the right foot straightens out to draw a circle, and the circle drawing range is wider. Draw 10 times clockwise, and then draw 10 times counterclockwise. Then put it down and repeat the exercise with your left foot.

Skinny leg exercise II

Stand with your feet open, about twice the width of your shoulders. Toes outward, hands on waist, straighten upper body. Slowly count from 1 to 30, and slowly squat down the upper body. Don't tilt your hips, press down, bend your knees, press down until your knees are at right angles, hold for 30 seconds, and then return to the standing position. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
