Exercise:
1 Put the chicken breast in cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, and blanch for 10 minutes; Cool in cold water and tear into shredded chicken.
Put minced garlic, millet spicy, white sesame and Chili noodles into 2 bowls, add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons aged vinegar, half a tablespoon oyster sauce and a little sesame oil.
Put coriander and chili in 3 bowls, spread with shredded chicken, pour in sauce and mix well (marinate for a while before eating).
