Just eat less and exercise more. Losing weight is hard work, and you must persevere. You won't lose meat if you don't work hard.
I suggest you eat normally in the morning, eat less at noon, skip meals at night and exercise regularly. Don't drink any drinks or juice, but eat more fruits.
Have some black tea, Jiang Shui. This will be fruitful.
