Patients with pneumothorax have dull pain in the chest during exercise after drainage operation. Is it a recurrence?
Chest pain after drainage is normal. It is recommended not to do strenuous exercise. This requires a certain recovery process and needs to be nursed back to health slowly. Usually, we should also pay attention to not eating spicy food, taking a proper rest and taking a walk as the main exercise method. If it continues to deteriorate, we should actively treat it.

First, patients with pneumothorax have dull chest pain during exercise after drainage operation, which may be related to reflux esophagitis. After the onset, the patient will have dull pain in the abdomen, accompanied by swelling pain, dull pain and needle-like pain. With the development of the disease, patients will have a burning sensation in the stomach and acid reflux. Reflux esophagitis may be related to bad eating habits at ordinary times, which will lead to excessive gastric acid secretion. It can be treated by taking drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion. During the treatment, three meals a day should be customized and quantified. Don't pack them and avoid eating sour and sweet foods, because these foods may increase stomach acid.

Second, the origin of pneumothorax If there is a rupture between the lung tissue and the chest or chest wall trauma, it will enter the pleural cavity from the damaged part of the body, causing an enemy state of the chest, namely pneumothorax. Gas entering the pleural cavity causes enemy planes, which is called pneumothorax. After pneumothorax, the negative pressure in pleural cavity becomes positive pressure, and venous blood flow is blocked, which may lead to cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Patients often suddenly feel rib pain because the body enters the pleural cavity to stimulate peripheral nerves. After the gas enters the chest cavity, some lung tissues atrophy and breathing is not smooth, which is characterized by chest sensitivity and difficulty breathing. There is no gas in normal pleural cavity.

It is recommended to avoid coughing as much as possible. If you have a severe cough, you can use antitussive drugs, minimize your activities, keep your stool unobstructed, and avoid holding your breath hard. When necessary, corresponding laxative measures can be taken. Diet is mainly high in protein, vitamins and cellulose, which is more conducive to the recovery of the disease. Eat more fresh fruits, but also avoid spicy food, don't smoke and drink, don't eat food containing food additives, and don't drink carbonated drinks.
