Considering that I can't stick to it all the time, I only bought a fitness card for three months, which is really much more expensive than the annual card.

My whole swimming process is actually very simple, that is, persistence. Because it is only three months, it is not particularly difficult to stick to it.
I can only breaststroke. Many people may think that the fitness effect of breaststroke is not as good as freestyle, and the hearty freestyle may be the most effective.
September 1 Start swimming. The total length of the swimming lane is 25 meters. At first, I made a rule for myself to swim twice, that is, 100 meters to have a rest. Even so, every time I stop, I am panting. However, this situation gradually improved, and a week later it became a rest every 10. I require to swim at least 20 times a day or every time.
At first, it was the same. I kept memorizing it in my head. In order to enhance the exercise effect, every time I turn around, I don't use the kick of the pool wall to slide out far, but use the strength of my limbs to ski and turn around.
10 months later, physical strength and endurance have improved a lot unconsciously. Basically, there are more than 30 round trips every day, that is, 1500 meters or more. I didn't stop swimming. I feel very comfortable after swimming every time, especially when I am depressed. It is definitely a good release.
In fact, there is no deliberate pursuit of weight loss in the process. The original intention is to restore bone health and adjust the habit of sitting quietly every day.
But the result was unexpected. Those shorts are the best testimony. Of course, the effect is also obvious. There used to be a lot of fat in the abdomen, but now the abdomen is very flat. But the weight hasn't changed, so it may take longer.
Of course, there are many people on the Internet who say that swimming will make you gain weight instead of losing weight. I have no experience in this field at present.
However, if your body is getting fatter and fatter, or your muscles are flabby, it is suggested to try swimming for a short time, which can make your muscles firm and achieve the effect of wearing thin clothes but actually having meat.
Resume swimming for 3 months, mainly breaststroke.
The biggest feeling is that the width of the hip prosthesis has increased and the hip circumference has decreased by 1cm. Backstroke kicking is very skinny. Although the thigh circumference has not changed, the calf leg circumference is smaller 1.5cm, and you can intuitively feel that the line has improved after swimming every time!
In addition, the occasional moderation in diet is basically eating and drinking, maintaining a good weight and slowly losing weight. Do not pursue thinness, just stay healthy ~ ~
