Doing morning exercises every morning, eating moderate amount of meat at noon and eating salad as much as possible at night are very healthy. Eat bread and milk in the morning. Slice the bread and drink the milk. Rest after doing morning exercises 15 minutes, or you will have a stomachache. Ps: Be careful that the food does not expire, and the closer to the date, the better.
