Therefore, whether we can handle the personal participation and platform of 3-5 bosses has become the "breakthrough point" of our activities. However, at that time, although I could chat with several big shots or their assistants in the circle, I was far from familiar with them.
As I said above, excellent operation, after finding the breakthrough point, should make every effort to make it established. Therefore, we analyzed how to persuade and guide the bosses to participate in this activity. The core may be the following two points-

After all, recruiting people is just the need of every internet company. The bigger the boss, the more he hopes that he can choose better and more suitable talents. 2. After clarifying these two points, we did a few things next-
1. I first pulled a group of directors and executives from well-known Internet companies such as BAT from my friends to set up a platform for this activity.
2. I packaged the personal information of the first group of friends and turned it into the list of the first group of participants, making them look more awesome and attractive. For example, "Baidu product architect, with more than 10 years of product experience, once worked as jiayuan product director, Alibaba senior product manager, Zhaopin recruitment product manager, and worked for five Internet companies, all of which were listed in the United States" and so on.
3. At the same time, I sent invitations to five big names in the circle, probably when I invited them-

There is a threshold for our founders to participate in this activity, and only qualified companies can participate. However, based on your influence in the industry, we would like to invite you to come and share with us then. It is expected that four BCDE4 bosses (that is, the four bosses I invited) will attend the event and speak with you. Do you have the time and interest to attend?
After these things were done, I quickly got the clear willingness of at least three of them, and one of them was the CEO of the Internet company with the highest market value in the domestic stock market at that time. As I mentioned, their demands are very clear-they want to recruit people+highlight their identity or enhance their industry influence, so as long as you can do one thing well to meet their demands first, they will be willing to enter the game.
However, once you break the first breaking point, things will be much smoother later-at this time, I can use the participation of the "three first-line bosses" as a lever to incite more people to participate-think about it, if you are the product director of Baidu, even if you don't have a strong desire to find a job, you can have a chance to talk to CEOs of companies like Xiaohongshu, the founder of 36Kr and the founder of the industry.
Therefore, I quickly gained the willingness of dozens of partners and founders in a few days, and the activity momentum continued unabated. Every day, more people apply to participate, including some big bosses and senior figures.
At this time, since so many people want to participate in this activity, that is, the number of participants in this activity itself has become a scarce resource, then I can use it as a lever to incite something more interesting.
So, in the end, we designed some activities and did some things online (please let me talk about the details of this part in the third part of the follow-up series). Through this series of nested actions, hundreds of thousands of people communicated online, and thousands of people scrambled to apply for participation in this activity, with little or no cost investment.
However, the starting point of all this comes from our initial "breakthrough point"-the participation of several industry leaders.
