The investment of the bridge is 2 1 10,000 yuan, which started on February 26th, 2000 and was completed and opened to traffic on February 26th, 2003.

The total length of the bridge is 965.02 m, in which the main bridge is 434.5 m (prestressed concrete single-tower cable-stayed bridge 252+ 175m) and the approach bridge is 530.52 m (north bank 377.76 m, south bank 152.76 m). It is a simply supported hollow slab with a span of 25m and a pile-column structure. Clear distance of bridge deck: 30m, design speed: 60Km/h, flood frequency: 1/300, earthquake crack: ⅶ degree, design wind speed: 28.6m/s. After completion, it will greatly promote the urban construction of Nan 'an, make Yibin Luneng New District develop rapidly, and make Zhuhai Scenic Area have another convenient passage.
