2) The identity cards and passports of directors and shareholders shall be notarized and double-authenticated.
3) No objection certificate of Spanish company name: the name must be approved in advance.
4) Registration: Once a Spanish company obtains the legal person status, it will be registered in the Spanish company registration office.
Basic materials: Spanish registered company name 1-3, business scope, information of shareholders/directors.
5) Articles of Association of Spain: The shareholders of the company sign the articles of association in the notary office.
6) Pay property transfer tax and judicial and notarization fees for documents.
