Methods: 1. Diet: hunger strike for the first four days. You don't have to go on a hunger strike because you ate too much before. I don't eat early for six days (breakfast: half an apple+half a pitaya+half an orange+three jujubes will make me full, because I didn't eat for the first four days). For the next seven days, I ate breakfast and Chinese food normally, but I was only eight points full. In the past few days, I have eaten fruit and milk in the afternoon. I can change my diet appropriately. By the way, I will eat well every day (vitamin tablets, ok).
2. Exercise: (1) Do aerobics for 40 minutes once a week. (wrapped in plastic wrap and pepper paste) (2) Every day: 400 bicycles push backwards, with their legs left and right, at least 5 times a week. They were finished in the first two weeks. (3) Take massage in the third week, that is, squeeze fat hard. Put on some moisturizing cream and essential oil or something. Walk to school every day. 3. Mentality: Overeating for two days in the middle. Losing weight used to induce vomiting, but now it won't, which is very harmful. Eat less in the next two or three days and you will recover.
