Thin waist: sit-ups are the most effective. Don't sit after dinner, stand and twist your waist or something.
Stovepipe: Look at your leg shape. Generally speaking, standing is very useful. Take a novel and stand against the wall as long as possible. Muscle legs should be massaged, often pinched, and calves should be massaged like towels.
Thin arms: push-ups are ok, but I am too tired. Playing basketball is good. It's fun to make an appointment with your boyfriend or good sister to play basketball together.
Others, then add. The point is persistence.
