Do stretching exercises after running, soak your feet in hot water at night, and it is best to add some salt to the water. Then remember to massage my legs. In fact, I didn't use the massage method mentioned in the book, I just pinched it myself. Turn your legs upside down and lean against the wall before going to bed 15-30 minutes, which is very useful ~
