Protein stays in the stomach for a long time, can feel full continuously, and has the function of radiating the calories taken in when eating as heat energy, which is suitable for losing weight. Sweets can't be eaten with meat. Can be eaten with vegetables or fruits with low sugar content. Don't eat sweets at night! Also, fruit should be eaten before meals. Please note that the following foods containing protein and starchy foods should not be eaten at the same time:

(1) Foods containing protein: marine shellfish, meat, poultry, fish, cheese, eggs, tofu, soybean milk, yogurt and coconut;
