I have used many methods to lose weight.
What apple diet, 12 day diet, 2 1 day diet, hunger strike diet (only drink water and eat nothing else a day)
I fasted for 7 days and lost weight 15 kg.
But it finally bounced back 10 kg.
I feel the least rebound. For a while, I only ate fruits and vegetables every day and skipped rope at night, with an average of one catty a day. Later, I didn't persist and didn't rebound much, probably because of exercise.
I do a little exercise, so I can choose jogging every day and replacing dinner with fruit at night.
It suddenly occurs to me
