Yoga pose explanation, lying on your back baddha konasana, how to do it?
This pose is most suitable for the physiological period. The exercise steps are to lie on your back on the mat, bend your knees, wrap your hands around your calves and legs, and pull your knees toward your abdomen when inhaling. Loosen your hands, open your legs, your feet are opposite, your knees sink to the ground, and your groin sinks into your pelvis. Then put your arms above your head on the mat with your palms facing the sky. After that, rest for 5~ 10 minutes, take back your hands, hold the outside of your knee joint with both hands, stretch your legs forward and relax completely.
