The page background of a Word document can not only use monochrome or gradient background, but also use pictures as background. Users can use custom pictures to set the picture background. The steps to set the picture background in a Word document are as follows:

Step 1, open the Word document window and switch to the page layout tab. Click the Page Color button in the Page Background group, and select the Fill Effect command in the Page Color panel that opens, as shown.

Choose the Fill Effect command.

Step 2: You can switch to the Picture tab in the Fill Effect dialog box, click the Select Picture button to select the picture, and then click the OK button, as shown in the figure.

Click the Select Picture button.
