Huatai Securities, namely Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., was established in 199 1 and its headquarters is located in Huatai Securities Building, No.90 Zhongshan East Road, Nanjing. It is one of the first comprehensive brokers approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, and also one of the earliest brokers in China who have obtained the qualification of innovation pilot. In July 2007, Huatai Securities was rated as Class A and Class A by China Securities Regulatory Commission in the first classified rating of securities companies. On September 15, 20 1 1, the CSRC punished Huatai Securities for violating regulations. From September 25th, 20 15, Huatai Securities stopped the entrusted trading function of third-party client software.
