In fact, persistence is not that difficult, but it is very difficult. You find it difficult to persist.
I was thinking at first, I kept talking about change, but what do I want to change most? My first thought, I want to make life better. How good would that be?
I want to have a clean circle of friends, three or two friends, not lonely, and do not need to cater to anyone. Life is simple, don't make noise everywhere.
If you have time, you can do what you like, for example, I like sports and reading.
However, although these are beautiful to think of, they are all ideal. No action, just fantasy. As a result, the goal is the same every year, but the goal is not achieved every year.
But this time, I really want to change myself from the bottom of my heart. I looked up some books about self-discipline, and made a concrete schedule according to my life schedule.
I used a method-micro-habit, changed three bad habits, and made my life simple and easy.
I. List changes
Life is a mess, in fact, because you didn't tidy it up. I will clean the room thoroughly. Throw away all kinds of bottles and jars and list the things I need to buy most.
There was once a saying that was very popular: "The house is rented, but life is not." Life is your own, buy what you like, not asking for more, not asking for more, as long as it suits you.
Because the first step of change is to change the surrounding environment first. The human heart is magical. When you clean up, you will feel that you are also cleaning up your own mind. The environment is bad, and the people's hearts are bad.
After cleaning up the living environment, list the direction to change. I want everything at this time. However, people's energy is limited. They want everything but get nothing.
I listed all the things I wanted to change, such as earning 3000+ on a part-time job and whitening my skin ... but in the end, I crossed out a lot, leaving only three most important things that I could grasp.
Finally, I set three goals: go to bed early and get up early, get up at 6 o'clock and go to bed at 23 o'clock. I lost 5 Jin. Read three books
Once you set a goal, you must go all out. However, in fact, many people just give up after a few days. Then, the second step is not to act directly, but to find the motivation to stick to it.
Second, find the power supply.
Many people are like this. They think about a thousand roads at night and wake up in the morning to take the original road. The root of the problem is that there is not enough motivation to support us to make changes.
To tell the truth, after I finished writing the plan this year, I was particularly excited to implement it a few days ago, and then I returned to my original state. This time, my motivation is vanity!
According to my personality, it is really unbearable for me to be unable to do it after bragging. So I want to satisfy my vanity and prove that I can do it. I'm not bragging. I really want to change myself from the heart.
In order not to hit the face. I began to go to bed early and get up early. After more than half a month, my brother saw that I had been getting up early, which was also influenced by me. He said that he would be anxious if he didn't get up early, and began to go to bed early and get up early with me.
Therefore, it is really not difficult to change yourself. The difficulty is that your desire to change is not strong.
Third, micro-habits.
Everything is difficult at the beginning, and the biggest fear is that you will exert yourself too hard at first, and you will lose your strength in a few days. Therefore, micro-habit is the correct and sustainable method.
For example, go to bed early and get up early, set an alarm clock in the morning and evening, and put down your mobile phone as soon as the alarm clock rings, so you can get up early naturally. You usually like to stay up until noon. Now you get up from 10 to 9: 00, so you get up slowly.
In less than a week, I can get up at 6 o'clock. During this period, the most important thing is these tiny movements. Get up, turn off and put down the phone as soon as the alarm clock rings. Remember to get up, don't think about lying down for another second, leave the bed first, and you will succeed.
Reading is to put books everywhere, pick them up and read a few pages, first get into the habit of reading, and sometimes you can't help reading for a long time when you see wonderful parts.
The same is true of sports. First, lower your goal. Exercise a little every day and eat a light diet, and you will find that you will lose weight in a month. It will look better to buy lipstick and clothes.
Really, as long as you control your diet, you will obviously lose weight. You only eat three meals a day, and you don't need to deliberately eat water to cook. As long as it is light, not too oily and salty, eat more vegetables and high-protein meat, and drink more water.
Remember, don't worry about losing weight. After all, fat people don't eat in one bite. Therefore, you must not exercise very vigorously, which is particularly easy to get hurt. Micro-habit is the way to lose weight and integrate it into life.
Four. Record and reflect
This step is crucial! Recording can let you see your achievements, and a little recording will be particularly rewarding.
Reflection can let you know which step needs to be improved and where to do it well. At this time, you can know yourself better and be more realistic when planning next time.
I visit myself three times a day, treating one day as a lifetime. You will find that you can sum up many problems, and only when there are problems can you find solutions.
Through this month's record, I changed my bad habits step by step. Now I can go to bed early and get up early. I also read three books and lost 5 pounds. Look, change is not difficult. Mentality+method = change yourself!
Change yourself together and become better together! !
