Methods/steps
Prepare the required materials:
Mix milk powder with clean water
Boil the milk in a pot, stirring constantly to avoid burning the pot.
Pour the milk into an electric stove without water and cool it.
Cool the milk to about 30 degrees and add rock sugar.
Then add 50g of plain yogurt.
Cover the pot and put it into the rice cooker, keeping the temperature at about 40-50 degrees.
Stay overnight.
Boil the yogurt container with boiling water first. Then take four bags of pure milk and heat it to about 40 degrees. (as long as it's not hot) Pour in the volume and mix well with the mushroom powder. Ferment for 8- 12 hours, depending on room temperature. Overfermented yogurt is too sour and tastes bad. After fermentation, put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours (this step cannot be omitted).
