The practice of steaming oranges
The practice is as follows:

1. Pour the oranges into the pot, pour some water, and then sprinkle with salt. Salt has a bactericidal effect, which can clean the pesticide residue on the surface of oranges, so that we can feel more at ease when eating.

2. Rub the surface of the orange by hand and clean the orange.

3. Put the washed oranges in the steamer for later use.

4. Pour the right amount of water into the pot.

5. Put the washed oranges into the pot, cover the pot and steam for eight minutes.

6. It takes several minutes to steam oranges. We can prepare 100g rock sugar on the plate while waiting for steamed oranges.

7. After eight minutes, open the lid and take out the oranges inside. When you open the lid, there will be a steam coming against your face, which is quite hot. Be careful not to burn your face with steam.

8. Freshly steamed oranges will be very hot. Let it cool before peeling the orange. Steamed oranges can evaporate some volatile oil components in orange peel, which has a slight effect on the intestine, can also stimulate and help the secretion of digestive juice, increase appetite, and have the effect of relieving cough and resolving phlegm.

9. Peel off all the oranges and put them on a plate for later use.
