To sue a company, you must first have a cause of action, determine the cause of action, and prepare a complaint and evidence materials:
1. Inquire and print the basic information of the company in the national enterprise credit information system, or check the files at the industrial and commercial bureau as the main material to determine the defendant.
2. Prepare your main materials. If you are also a company here, prepare a copy of the company's business license and affix the official seal.
3. According to the contents of the complaint and the order of stating the facts, prepare a list of evidence and evidence materials. A copy of the evidence is enough, at least in triplicate. According to the number of defendants, N+2 copies are required. The list of evidence must indicate the serial number, certificate name, certificate content, original/copy, number of copies and number of pages.
4. According to the order of main materials, indictment, evidence list and copies of evidence, at least three copies shall be sorted out, one of which shall be used for the court session and the other for filing. It is recommended to prepare an extra copy just in case. All the originals of the evidence are packaged separately and will be used for cross-examination in court.
