Recommended way to eat: papaya milk sauce
Ingredients: papaya150g, 200ml milk. (about 1 mug), appropriate amount of crushed ice, sugar 1 teaspoon (with or without).
Exercise:
1. Peel papaya, cut into pieces, put it in a blender and add 200ml of milk;
2. Add a small amount of sugar and stir for a few minutes at medium speed.
